DIVE DEEPER INTO YOUR TRAINING

LEVEL 2 ATMA YOGA meditation teacher training requires a higher level of dedication. Most people are comfortable staying in Level 1 and it harbors a number of befits. However, if you are prepared and willing to make the commitment, you will be placed on the path towards full realization through the practices of the science called Atma Yoga. 

Level 2 is much more personal and intensive than previous training and will be done over a number of days with a full commitment for that time as a dedicated Yogin. It is a complete and immersive experience that cannot  be described in words and must be experienced. 
​The Sanskrit Philosophy suggest that your best life is a product of evolving through the material constraints that hide your true spiritual nature.

​One way of describing these stages  starting with the ultimate goal is:
  • Prema - Spontaneous Love of God
  • Bramha - Self Discovery
  • Chitta - Control of your  experience of life  (overcoming the influence of the mind)
  • Nadi - Healing your body

Explore the reaches of Himalayan yoga

Discover how the mind challenges you and what it FEELS like to be present with the discomfort of the mind/body's resistance based on the interaction of opposites. You will physically wire the brain to work with the space in-between. Learning to live in the awkwardness of the gray space. This is a very intense and effective process of meditation to quickly burn away lifetimes of samskaras and reach higher levels of awareness.
